Namaz ka Tarika: A Complete Guide to Performing Salah
Iman, Namaz, Roza, Zakat aur Haj, ye islam ke bunyadi 5 pillars mane jate hain jin main namaz ek eham pillar mana jata hai. Namaz har Musalman ke uper din main 5 dafa farz ha, jis main Fajr, Zohar, Asr, Maghrib aur Isha shamil hain. Namaz padhne ke liye Wazu ka karna zaroori ha, jis ta tarika neeche diya gaya ha:
a. Apne haath dho lijiye. Iske liye pani lekar dono haatho ko thode samay tak acche se dhoye.
b. Munh me pani lekar moo dhoyiye aur aadhe inch tak naak me paani chadhaiye. Fir is paani ko bahar nikaliye.
c. Apne mooh me paani lekar mooh ko ghumaiye aur dono cheeke bhariye.
d. Apni naak ko puri tarah se saaf kijiye. Iske liye dono naak ke chhedon me pani dalein.
e. Dono haatho se apne dono pair dhoyiye, shuru mei dahine aur fir bayen pair.
f. Sar ki kulhe (forehead) tak thodi der tak paani bahayiye.
Namaz main 13 Faraiz hain, 7 namaz se pehle jinko "Shariat e Namaz" kehte hain (1. Jagah ka pak hona 2. Badan ka pak hona 3. Kapdun ka pak hona 4. Satar ka chupana 5. Namaz ka waqt hona 6. Qibla rukh hona 7. Niyat Karna.)
6 Faraiz namaz ke ander hain jinko "Arkan Namaz" kehte hain (1. Takbir e Tehrima 2. Qayam karna 3. Qirat karna, 4. Ruku Karna 5. Sujood Karna 6. Qa' ada Akhira Karna)
Ab hum Namaz ka mukamal tariqa discuss karenge jis ki tafseel neeche detail main di gayi ha:-
Namaz ka Iqamat:
Namaz ka iqamat masjid me ada kiya jata hai, lekin ghar me namaz padhte waqt iqamat zaruri nahi hota hai. Agar masjid me namaz padh rahe hai, toh imam ya azan ke mutabik iqamat ada karein.
Niyyat (Intention):
Namaz padhne se pehle dil me niyyat karni chahiye. Dil se ye irada karein ki aap kis namaz ki taraf ja rahe hai aur kitni rak'at padhenge.
Takbeer (Allahu Akbar):
Niyyat karne ke baad dono haath kandhe tak uthaye aur "Allahu Akbar" kahe. Isse namaz shuru hoti hai.
Qiyam (Standing Position):
Takbeer ke baad seedhe khade ho jaye, dono paon ke beech thoda sa faasla rakhein. Aapke haath apki chaati par resting position me rakhein.
Qiraat (Recitation from the Quran):
Pehli rak'at me surah Fatiha padhein, phir kisi dusri surah ya uske hisse padh sakte hai. Dusri aur teesri rak'at me sirf surah Fatiha padhna zaruri hai.
Ruku (Bowing):
Surah padhne ke baad "Subhan Allah" kehkar ruku me chale jayein. Ruku me jhukte waqt apne ghutnon tak dono haath jama kar dein aur pith ko seedha rakhein.
Sujood (Prostration):
Ruku se seedhe uthein aur "Allahu Akbar" kehte hue sajde me chale jayein. Sajde me dono haath, dono ghutne, naak aur sar, sab kuchh zameen par rakhein.
Jalsa (Sitting Position):
Pehle sajde se uthkar jalsa me baith jayein. Jalsa me dono haath ghutnon par rakhein. Iske baad doosre sajde ki taraf chale jayein.
Qa'da-e-Akhirah (Final Sitting Position):
Dusre sajde ke baad seedhe baith jayein aur "Allahu Akbar" kehte hue dusri rak'at ki shuruwat karein. Agar namaz me sirf 2 rak'at hai, toh iss step ko chhod dein.
Tashahhud:
Dusra sajda poora karne ke baad "Attahiyyatu lillahi" se lekar "Ameen" tak ka tashahhud padhein. Agar namaz 2 rak'at ki hai, toh iss step ko chhod dein.
Durood (Sending Blessings on the Prophet):
Namaz ki akhri tahiyat me "Allahumma salli 'ala Muhammadin" ka durood padhein.
Salam:
Namaz ko pura karne ke baad apne daye aur baye "Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah" kahein.
Namaz padhne ka tarika yeh tha, lekin har namaz ke liye rak'at ki taidad alag hoti hai. Islie behtar hoga ki aap namaz ki kitab ya mobile app ka istemal karke tamam rak'at aur duaon ka pata lagayein.
Namaz padhne ka tarika Sikhna aur usko sahi tarike se ada karna har Musalman ke liye nihayat hi zaroori hai. Ibadat me lage rahiye aur apni namazon ko qayam karein. May Allah (SWT) accept our prayers and grant us His mercy and blessings. Ameen.
